📋 Ingredients
- 2-3 Large Bananas: Make sure they are ripe for the best flavor.
- 1 Pack Graham Crackers or Tea Biscuits: (About 7–8 oz).
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream or Greek Yogurt: Use yogurt for a tangier, lighter version.
- 3 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder: High-quality cocoa makes a big difference.
- 2 Tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup: Adjust based on the sweetness of your bananas.
- Garnish: Extra banana slices and a dusting of cocoa powder.
🥣 Instructions
1. Blend the Filling
Place the bananas, cocoa powder, sweetener, and cream (or yogurt) into a blender. Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and velvety.
2. Layer the Cake
- Base Layer: Arrange a single layer of crackers/biscuits in the bottom of an 8×8 inch glass baking dish.
- Cream Layer: Pour a portion of the chocolate-banana mixture over the crackers. Use a spatula to spread it evenly.
- Repeat: Continue layering (crackers, then cream) until you reach the top of the dish. Aim for 3 to 4 layers of crackers.
