These are the ultimate party hack. By using a glass baking dish and layering the ingredients, you ensure every bite is packed with melted cheese and seasoned beef.

Ingredients

  • Thinly Sliced Steak or Ground Beef: Seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Bell Peppers & Onions: Sliced thin and sautéed until soft.
  • Mushrooms: Sliced and browned for that extra savory “umami” flavor.
  • Provolone or Mozzarella Cheese: Lots of it for that perfect cheese pull.
  • Flour Tortillas or Slider Buns: Depending on whether you want a “quesadilla” style (as seen in the photo) or a traditional bun.

Instructions
