  1. Prepare the Seasoned Water: Fill a large stockpot with 8–10 cups of water. Add 1/2 cup Old Bay seasoning and squeeze in the juice from the halved lemon, tossing the lemon halves into the pot. Bring to a rolling boil over high heat. 🫖
  2. Boil the Potatoes: Add 1.5 lbs of potatoes to the boiling pot. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes until slightly tender when pierced with a fork. 🥔
  3. Add Corn & Sausage: Add 12 oz sliced smoked beef sausage and 4 ears of corn into the pot. Continue boiling for 6 to 8 minutes until the corn and potatoes are completely tender. 🌽🥩
  4. Cook the Shrimp: Turn off the heat and immediately add 2 lbs of large shrimp into the hot liquid. Stir gently and let sit for 3 to 5 minutes until the shrimp turn pink, curl, and become opaque. 🍤
  5. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: While the shrimp cooks, melt 1 cup of butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add 2 tbsp minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Whisk in 1.5 tbsp Cajun seasoning, 1 tbsp lemon juice, onion powder, and smoked paprika until smooth. Remove from heat. 🧈🧄
  6. Toss & Serve: Strain the seafood, sausage, corn, and potatoes thoroughly and transfer to a large serving bowl or platter. Pour the warm Cajun garlic butter sauce over everything and toss gently to coat. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately with extra lemon wedges! 🍽️✨
