Recipe: The Sanctuary Cleansing Ritual
If you suspect an object has been given with ill intent, the “recipe” for peace isn’t just throwing it in the kitchen bin. It requires a deliberate “clearing” of your environment.
Ingredients
- A Garbage Bag (Opaque): To break your visual connection with the item.
- Sea Salt: Historically used for “neutralizing” energy.
- Fresh Air: Open windows to allow for “flow.”
- Natural Incense or Sage: For sensory grounding and cleansing.
Instructions
- The Immediate Exit: Do not let the item sit on your dining table or nightstand. If your intuition says “no,” place it immediately into the opaque bag and take it out of your living quarters—ideally to an outdoor bin or a donation center far from your home.
- The Salt Barrier: Sprinkle a small amount of sea salt over the area where the object sat. Let it sit for an hour to “absorb” any lingering negativity, then vacuum or sweep it away.
- The Air Purge: Open all the windows in that room for at least 15 minutes. High-vibration energy (light and wind) is the natural enemy of “heavy” or stagnant energy.
- Seal the Space: Light your incense or a natural candle. Walk through the room and set a clear intention: “This home is a place of peace, light, and safety. Only positive intentions are welcome here.”
